PLAY FOREVER
Our commitment to protect the environment and support our communities.
VENTURE TO CHANGE
We believe there is nothing better for the soul than living a balanced life full of adventure. Play Forever is Boreal Mountain's, Woodward Tahoe's, and Soda Springs Mountain Resort's commitment to ensuring that future generations have the same opportunities for an adventurous life that we enjoy today. Through our Play Forever commitment, we are changing the conversation to recognize the importance of impacts beyond carbon accounting to embrace a more holistic perspective; a perspective that acknowledges that environment and community matters must be addressed as a holistic ecosystem.
ENVIRONMENT
Through our Play Forever commitment, Boreal Mountain, Woodward Tahoe, and Soda Springs Mountain Resort holistically invest in environmental sustainability projects, participate in scientific research, and proactively advocate for policy change to help create a more resilient world.
Community
Boreal Mountain, Woodward Tahoe, and Soda Springs Mountain Resort support our communities through financial and in-kind contributions. We also prioritize direct engagement activities within our local community and around our interconnected world.
PLAY FOREVER IN ACTION
We want our guests’ kids and grandkids and great grandkids to be able to play in the mountains forever. To enable that, we bring Play Forever to life locally by prioritizing climate and community solutions, partnerships and opportunities in our own backyard.

Make A Donation
The Boreal Mountain, Woodward Tahoe, and Soda Springs Mountain Resort Play Forever Fund was established to provide funding in support of our community’s successful navigation of challenging times and of a thriving adventure lifestyle for generations to come. The Fund serves Nevada County and our surrounding mountain community and donations are directed to local non-profit organizations that are providing direct community assistance.
Your donation truly makes an impact by helping deserving students achieve their dreams, providing grants and other assistance to a variety of local nonprofits, and bringing smart people together to address critical environment and community issues. Please consider joining our efforts through making a tax-deductible donation here.
