Choose a rental pick-up window to correspond with your Go-Time Ticket start time. Pick-up windows occur in 2-hour time slots.
Our friendly rental staff and technicians are here to help! From the moment you step inside the shop our team is prepared to provide a seamless and safe rental pick-up experience. Equipment is yours for the day and is to be returned by 8PM daily.

RENTAL PACKAGES
SKI RENTAL PACKAGE
Forgiving, durable and easy to maneuver, our standard rental gear will help make the most of your ski day. Standard ski rental packages include skis from Völkl with Marker bindings, ski boots from Dalbello and poles by Head. Additionally, all rental packages will include a Burton snow helmet.
SNOWBOARD RENTAL PACKAGE
Our standard snowboard rental package includes an all Burton set-up of snowboard, snowboard boots, and a helmet. Not just a typical rental snowboard, the Burton LTR board was designed specifically for the first-time snowboarder to reduce edge catching that can lead to falls. A unique, convex base shape aids as you learn to turn, helping you get on the proper edge with ease.
A La Carte Rentals
So you've got most of your set-up, but you're missing a thing or two? Maybe you're halfway through your drive to Tahoe and you realized you forgot your ski poles. Or worse, your little snowboarder realized they grew out of their boots, but you're already in the parking lot. We've got you covered with individual rentals!

Ready to elevate your ride? Our Demo Skis & Snowboards offer an awesome chance to explore new designs and the latest tech. Perfect for riders who want a little extra comfort and performance beyond our average rentals. If you really like what you tried, you might get to take it home. Demo purchases available at the end of the season!
EASY ARRIVALS, REDEMPTION, AND RETURNS
Pick Up Your Ticket/Pass
Head to the Mountain Services Pick-Up Kiosks to pick up your OnePass. If you already have a loaded OnePass, go straight to Step 2.
Check In a Rentals Counter
Begin your rental pick-up process at your designated rental pick-up time window. The Rentals area is inside the lodge, hop in line to go to the boot fitting station.
Make Sure Everything Fits
Work with our Rental staff to make sure all your gear is comfortable and appropriate. All equipment will be rented to guests in one place instead of moving from station to station, collecting each piece of equipment one at a time.
Go Hit The Slopes!
Whether you signed up for a lesson, going out to ride alone or with friends, go ride! Be safe and have fun and make yourself at home on the mountain.
Drop off your rentals
You're tired from a long day on the slopes, so we want to make check-out as easy as possible. Drop off your rentals, get a receipt, and be on with your evening! All returns are due to by 8pm daily.
We have made a number of changes to our rental services area to help keep you safe and to get you out on the mountain quickly.
- Rental helmets are now included with every rental package.
- Guests will now be served together with their friends and family in groups.
- To prevent any risk for our team members or guests, we will not be offering any clothing rental options this season.
- We will not be offering a free ski check area to hold guest equipment.
