Program Manager- Woodward Tahoe
The Program Manager is responsible for making sure all goals of Woodward programming, safety, and customer services are being met through all operating seasons. This includes providing excellent customer service, exceeding our guest’s expectations, and enhancing their action sports learning experience in an atmosphere of safety, fun, and progression. The Program Manager hires, trains, and develops all Woodward Tahoe coaching staff to ensure the most progressive and cutting edge coaching techniques are achieved. The Program Manager provides leadership to staff and is responsible for the accuracy, performance, and accountability of the staff as well as overall guest and employee satisfaction. Cashier
Efficient and accurate operation of cash register, keeping the register area and dining room clean, stocking and rotating product. Previous register experience preferred. Day & night shifts available.

Dishwasher/Busser
Wash trays and dishes, clean kitchen and equipment, bussing dining room. Day & night shifts available.

F&B Holiday Staff
Help in any Food & Beverage area needed, especially bussing dining area. Holiday dates includes Nov. 27-30, 2014; Dec. 20, 2014 - Jan. 4, 2015; Jan. 17-19, 2015; Feb. 14- 22, 2015. Season pass incentives for multiples key periods.

Line Cook
Serving customers, cooking food to order, keeping the serving area clean. Day & night shifts available.

Moondoes' Cafe Barista

Prep Cook
Stocking the serving line, helping the cook, keeping the kitchen clean, and assisting other Food & Beverage employees as needed. Day & night shifts available.

Front Desk
Taking reservations, checking-in guests and cleaning. Computer and guest service experience required. Full and part time available.

Housekeeper
Cleaning rooms and bathrooms. Experience required. Full and part time available. Full time position with housing available.

Department: Mountain Operations

Janitor- Boreal or Soda Springs Wage: DOE
Must be willing to learn the correct way to clean and maintain the property. Must be able to lift, carry, bend forward at the waist and use your legs and arms repeatedly. Must be willing to work in varying weather conditions. Must be hard working, goal oriented. Must have reliable transportation. English speaking is a plus.

Lift Operators- Boreal or Soda Springs
Operates lifts, ensure guest safety, and provides excellent customer service. Provides safe loading and unloading lifts. Maintain lift ramps by shoveling and raking, and cleaning snow from chairs. Provides excellent customer service by interacting with guests, answering questions, organizing lift lines, and helping load and unload small children safely. Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and be 18 years or older. Day and night shifts available.

Mountain Patrol- Boreal or Soda Springs
EMT certification is required. We have full time and part time positions available. Intermediate - Advanced skiing skills required. Daily duties include care of injured guests, snow safety, maintenance of resort area signs, ropes, and padding, in addition to other duties. Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Parking Attendants- Boreal or Soda Springs
Direct customers where to park and provide the first point of customer service to our guest. Park cars orderly and efficiently to maximize parking space. Provide friendly and useful information to customers as they enter resort property. Good physical condition, must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Mostly morning schedule.

Snow Removal Crew- Boreal or Soda Springs
Remove snow from parking lot and associated areas in preparation for guests. Experience with Heavy Equipment such as Plows, Loaders and Snowblowers
required. Variable hours depending on weather.

Snow Tubing Attendants- Boreal or Soda Springs
Must be in good physical condition and enjoy working with families and young people. Snow Tubing Attendants are responsible for keeping our sledding area safe and controlled for our guests. There is ticket checking and some cashier responsibilities. Make sure all guests have paid, signed release forms, and are properly ticketed.

Terrain Park Attendant Wage: DOE
The Terrain Park Attendant works in a utility capacity, installing and maintaining park signage, closures, trail markings, fencing and banner tape; monitoring, maintaining, visually inspecting, and testing features in the freestyle parks and other locations where applicable. The Attendant acts as host in regard to crowd supervision, safety awareness education, Freestyle Terrain etiquette and guest relations.

Ticket Checkers
Behave maturely, be able to talk easily with guests, and provide guests with accurate information. Courteously check tickets in the lift maze, keep maze flowing in a smooth fashion, make sure all guests boarding the lift are properly ticketed. Assist lift operators shoveling, raking and keeping the lift station in proper order. Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Ticket Checkers can be as young as 16 years of age.

Mountain Services Sales Associates
These positions are responsible for lift access products. This is an indoor position which is very interactive with the guests. Some computer experience necessary, cash handling and customer service experience a plus. Full-time and part-time positions.

Rental Shop
Rental cashiers, counter representatives, and techs to provide great service to our guests. Duties include boot fitting, ski/snowboard adjusting, and all aspects of running a rental shop. We offer day and night shifts. Prefer some customer service experience.

Retail Sales Associate
Familiarity with winter soft goods and winter apparel. Retail sales positions include cash and credit card handling. Prefer some retail and customer service experience. Some computer experience helpful.

Children's Snowsports School Instructors
Must enjoy kids! The Boreal Children' Snowsports School is an indoor and outdoor program, so instructors will be teaching our guests to ski and snowboard, as well as indoor activities including games, videos, and art activities.

Children's Snowsports School Support Staff
Supports the daily operation of the Children's Snowsports School operation at Boreal Mountain Resort. Supports both the inside & outside operations including instruction and food. Must be good with children from 3 - 12 years of age. This is a non ski/snowboard instructor position.

Planet Kids Staff- Soda Springs
Planet Kids introduces children (2-8 years old) to winter activities which include snowplay, tubing and the sport of Skiing/Snowboarding. As an employee it is our goal to provide excellent services that will exceed our guest’s expectations, and enhance their winter sports experience, in an atmosphere of safety, fun and learning. Job duties include: ski/snowboard instructing, conveyor lift operations, tubing carousel operations, guest services (food & beverage, rentals, tickets).

Snowsports Sales Desk
Seeking a customer service representative for Snowsports School. Responsible for sales with a focus on Boreal Snowsports School (i.e. group lessons, private lessons, 'Take 3, Ride FREE' program, etc.) and instructor payroll input. Must have good organizational skills, positive attitude and work well in team oriented environment. Customer service experience required.

Snowsports School Instructors- Boreal or Soda Springs
We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated skiers or snowboarders who want to explore the exciting world of instruction. If you are interested in becoming an instructor, you should be capable of comfortably riding or skiing on most groomed blue runs and enjoy meeting new people.

Snowsports School Ski Staff Trainer Wage: DOE
Seeking a Lead Staff Trainer. Responsible for training Children/Adult Snowsports School Staff. Duties Include but not limited to: Staff Training IE: Clinic Topics, Clinic Scheduling, Clinic Documentation, and Leading Clinics. This position will also require the teaching of Children/Adult Snowsports School Lessons. Must have good organizational skills, positive attitude, work well in team oriented environment, experience working with children and great customer service skills. PSIA Level 3 preferred, Level 2 minimum. Child Certs Preferred. P/T or F/T (schedule flexible). Pay DOE.
