The first major snow storm of the season came through fast and powerful, unloading 8"-12" of fresh snow! With this new snow Boreal has been able to open an additional lift, two more trails and hopes to open more in the near future.  Please ski and ride with care, the new snow will be covering several unmarked obstacles.  Always remain on the groomed trails.

Boreal is currently offering three lifts, top to bottom skiing and riding with five runs and Boreal's best early season terrain park ever with up to 20 park features including a jib line, jump line, and a groomed skier/rider lane. 

Castle Peak Quad, Nugget Chair and Accelerator Express Quad are running from 9am - 4pm daily as conditions permit. Lift tickets are only $47. 

Night operations are scheduled to begin November 27th. Tubing scheduled to begin on Thanksgiving Day (conditions permitting).

FREE Public Wi-Fi Avaliable

Boreal is now offering public wi-fi access in the lodge.  Now you can take the kids skiing and still get your work done.

College, Military and California State Employee Frickin' Fridays:  $15 Lift Tickets, with valid ID (active college, military and state employees including staff and faculty of UC and California State colleges only), every Friday of the season*. not valid 11/27/09, 12/25/09 & 1/1/10
